Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery, at no additional cost for pickup. Exchanges can be processed in the case of size issues. Please notify us within this period if you wish to exchange your product. We will arrange for the reverse pickup, which typically takes about 3 days to complete. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check and then dispatch the new product to you.

If there is a price difference between the original and the new exchanged product, you will be required to pay the difference. Please note that we can process only one exchange per order.

Return Policy

As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is processed.

We take great care in maintaining high-quality standards, and every product undergoes rigorous checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item (such as an incorrect print, stain, or cut issue), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. Upon verification, we will promptly arrange a replacement for you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please update us within 5 hours of placing it (kindly send email to support@profashional.in). This grace period allows us to ensure that if your needs change, we can accommodate your request without any issues. After 5 hours, we begin processing your order to meet our commitments for timely delivery, and at that point, we are unable to accept cancellations as your product has entered the production stage

We prioritise delivering excellent service and fostering a respectful and professional interaction with our customers. Please note that we do not tolerate abusive language or behaviour. In instances of customer errors, such as ordering the incorrect size, colour, or product, we maintain our commitment to professionalism. Abusive behaviour will lead to the termination of communication. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment for everyone involved. 

In case the customer rejects the product at the time of delivery Rs 130 will be deducted from the refund. The amount is deducted as we have to bear the cost of shipping and return shipping. Refund amount will be Credited in 8-10 working days to the orginal source.

All disputes are subjected to Chhattisgarh jurisdiction only.
