However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print, cut, or stain), please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will require proof of the damage to proceed and will send a replacement product promptly. The colour of the product(s) may vary as per the customer's screen resolution.
Given that our products are made to order, specifically tailored to your specifications (cutting and printing), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order is processed.
