Exchange

We accept exchanges only for size-related issues, and requests must be made within three days of delivery (including the day of delivery). Each order is eligible for one exchange request only.

To initiate an exchange, kindly notify us within the specified timeframe. We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough quality check before we dispatch the replacement.

Exchanges are available for a different size or a correct product of the same value. If the replacement product has a higher price, the difference must be paid online before dispatch.

Returns

As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is processed.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective item (such as an incorrect print, stain, or cut issue), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. Upon verification, we will promptly arrange a replacement for you.
