We accept exchanges only for size-related issues, and requests must be made within three days of delivery (including the day of delivery). Each order is eligible for one exchange request only.
To initiate an exchange, kindly notify us within the specified timeframe. We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough quality check before we dispatch the replacement.
Exchanges are available for a different size or a correct product of the same value. If the replacement product has a higher price, the difference must be paid online before dispatch.
🔹 Size Limitations: Exchanges are only applicable for sizes up to 2XL. Sizes 3XL and above are non-exchangeable, so please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
🔹 Color Exchange: We do not offer exchanges for color variations.
